Our Base Rate In Each Category Of Care Includes:

♦  Careful care plans are prepared and followed for all residents and particularly for our Memory Impaired residents to insure that they all live as a productive and enjoyable a life as their health will allow.

♦  We work very closely with the doctors to find the appropriate medication and dosage to allow these residents to truly enjoy their lives without being so over medicated that they can not function properly. We might add that our success in giving Memory Impaired residents back much of their lives is so appreciated that many of their families and medical professionals have called it nothing short of miraculous.

♦  24 hour sincere and genuine love.
♦  24 hour supervision by carefully trained caregivers.
♦  Housekeeping services.
♦  Three nutritious home cooked meals daily.
♦  Snacks, including freshly baked deserts.
♦  Assistance with personal care & hygiene.
♦  Supervision & distribution of medications with our state-of-the-art pharmaceutical dispensing system. We also have Med-aides and  LVN's on staff auditing the passing of medications.
♦  Linen and personal laundry services.
♦  Secure gated grounds.
♦  Emergency call system in each room which reaches all the caregivers on their pagers.
♦  A new state of the art extensive sprinkler and fire alarm system.
♦  Dementia programs are available.
♦  A wide range of recreational, entertainment & social activities daily/weekly.
♦  Protestant and Catholic Services and an in house Pastor is regularly available for Bible study and biblical counseling.

♦  The Owners lives on the premises to insure quality care. 

♦  Administrator on-call 24 hours a day.

♦  We also transport to doctor and dentist and other appointments on a regular basis, however, there will be an extra charge for excessive or distant transportation.

Prices quoted are all-inclusive even if the level of care increases within their respective category of care. Prices will only change if the category of care increases when a non-dementia resident becomes heavier care dementia, etc. Additional charge for: outside events and special outings, personal affairs, excessive transportation to and from outside area professionals, TV/cable, personal phone line, incontinence supplies and briefs, and pharmacy dispensing of medications.
